Our Board and Train programs allow your dog to receive an intensive training regime from the comfort of our home and 17 acre property. Consistent daily routines help provide successful results. Your dog with enjoy learning house manners, skills and confidence needed for nature walks, how to behave in public with mild distractions and tons of other disciplines.
Puppy Training
Training a puppy is simple, it’s just not easy. You want to ensure the puppy is hitting development windows and it is much easier to avoid mistakes instead of accidentally reinforcing bad behaviors. If you want to take the stress out of Puppy Training our puppy FUNdamentals board and train is a great option. Building good puppy obedience and manners is essential for a well rounded companion.
Off Leash Training
Off Leash Dog Training allows you provide your dog off leash freedom while you maintain peace of mind that your dog will obey commands at a distance. Off leash obedience will allow you to build an even better relationship with your dog, there is nothing more fun than a dog romping around untethered from a leash. These new skills will keep your dog safe and open a whole new world of fun.

SNE Dog Training in Sussex County Delaware is located on our 17 acre property allowing us to offer different training options for clients. Being based in Delaware allows for easy travel for any Maryland dog training needs as well.
Our goal is to provide you with a dog that has good manners and solid obedience. We love helping dog owners understand dog behavior and how to shape it by using a learning pyramid. Our trainers offer private lessons, group lessons and we specialize in highly focused board and train programs. We believe that dogs can be good canine citizens and still maintain their fun and loving personalities.
Not all dogs are built the same, physically or mentally. We use a phrase that is so important and is fundamental to our dog training techniques, “Train The Dog In Front of You.” That means we adapt our training techniques to best fit your dogs needs. Our belief is that dogs should not be robots, they should complete the tasks we are asking with heart and soul, you should be able to see that they like working with their handlers and ultimately their owners.

Walks shouldn’t feel like a tug-of-war. We teach polite leash manners so your dog walks with you—not against you.

Reliable recall is a lifesaver—literally. We create a strong response to commands, even around distractions, using balanced techniques and real-world reps.
Puppy Potty Training
Say goodbye to indoor accidents. Through crate training, consistent scheduling, and supervision, we build reliable bathroom habits in puppies and young dogs.
Bolting Out Doorways
Doorways shouldn’t be danger zones. We teach dogs to wait calmly at thresholds, reducing risk and reinforcing control in high-energy moments.
Lack of Socialization
From loud noises to busy parks, we expose dogs to real-world scenarios in a structured way—building calm, confident behavior no matter where life takes them.
Bad Manners
We address the everyday stuff that drives owners crazy: jumping, barking, chewing, overexcitement, and general chaos. Through impulse control, obedience, and structure, we replace chaos with calm.

This is the perfect head start for puppies under 6 months old. Our Puppy Training FUNdamentals Board and Train program builds strong foundations in behavior, obedience, and confidence through gentle structure and play-based learning.

Our Off Leash Dog Training Board and Train program is designed for dogs 6 months and older who need freedom with obedience. Using a modern, balanced training approach including e-collar conditioning, we create reliable recall and off-leash control in real-world environments.
